Where a pricing or description error is discovered after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, delivered order may constitute a breach of these Terms. Please contact us first — we resolve legitimate disputes directly, usually faster than a chargeback dispute.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement
